Our Rec League Cheer Camp is a fun and exciting camp designed for athletes who want to learn cheerleading skills, build confidence, and stay active. While this camp is great for athletes preparing for recreation or school cheer programs, anyone can attend — you do not have to be part of a cheer team to participate and enjoy the experience.

Athletes will work with our experienced coaches on cheer motions, jumps, stunts, basic tumbling, chants, and sideline cheer techniques. Throughout the camp, participants will also enjoy games, team-building activities, and fun challenges that help build confidence and friendships.

Ages: 3 and up
Experience Level: No experience required — beginners are welcome! JUNE 16th-18th

🎤 K-Pop Camp – Learn exciting choreography and performance skills inspired by popular K-Pop dance styles. (JUNE 9TH)
💃 Dance Camp – Explore different dance styles while building rhythm, coordination, and confidence. (JUNE 11TH)
🥷 Ninja & Nerf Camp – Action-packed obstacle courses, agility challenges, and exciting Nerf battles. (JUNE 23RD)

Our specialized tumble clinics are designed to help athletes focus on specific skills with extra coaching, drills, and technique work. These clinics are great for athletes looking to learn new skills, build confidence, and improve their tumbling technique in a focused training environment.

Each clinic will include skill progressions, drills, spotting, and technique corrections from our experienced coaching staff.

June 8 | 1:30 – 3:00 PM
• Cartwheel / Roundoff Clinic

Perfect for beginner and developing tumblers! Athletes will focus on building strong foundations for tumbling by improving their cartwheels and round-offs. Coaches will work on proper body positions, power, and technique that lead to higher-level tumbling skills. Great for athletes in cheer, gymnastics, or beginners wanting to start tumbling.

June 15 | 1:30 – 3:00 PM
• Aerial & Front Tuck Clinic

This clinic is designed for athletes ready to work on aerials and front tumbling skills. Athletes will train drills and progressions for aerials and front tucks, focusing on technique, height, and control. Ideal for athletes wanting to add dynamic front tumbling skills to their routines.

June 22 | 1:30 – 3:00 PM
• Back Handspring / Back Tuck / Layouts / Fulls Clinic

This advanced tumbling clinic is perfect for athletes looking to improve or master back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, and fulls. Coaches will focus on power, technique, connections, and skill consistency to help athletes level up their tumbling. Great for cheerleaders and gymnasts working on higher-level tumbling passes.
